New club: Libelula Club!
Liliana starts her own club "Libelula Club" together with the bass player Lisa Löwgren and Miro Madeira. The club had a great premiere in the basement of Scala Teatern in Stockholm on August 28th. Beat Company was presented as the house band with invited artists like percussionist Diva Cruz (Fever Ray/Robin), singer Helena Gutarra (La Puma/Fever Ray) as well as swedish folk violinist Magdalena Eriksson (Fröken)

Interview about Tamboreras
I am sooooo proud of this! A big article in the Argentinian magazine ”Pagina 12” about Tamboreras. An interview of my colleague Viviana Pozzebon where she talks about how we created Tamboreras in 2010 and how this pedagogical project has developed to different kinds of workshops and meetings where women can get a clear place as percussionists. On the photo you can see ”Tamboreras Ensemble”: 10 professional percussionists from Cordoba, led by Viviana with ”lenguaje de señas” - a kind of sign language used for big percussion ensembles in Brazil that has been developed in Buenos Aires. And by the way they play tonight in Cordoba!

Beat Company at Solstugan
In March 2019 i created a new band with my friends in Stockholm! This new and happy project is called Beat Company: we play Son with a touch of salsa and a taste of Latin American folklore! We play on this Thursday 27/6 at Solstugan, Welcome!
